Her family was a mixture of parents in Concord California. While a kid, she wanted to become an elite soccer player, however in 2002 she suffered an injury to her ankle during the final year of her high school. The injury healed and she continued to play in the striker position at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill California where she got an associate's degree in art. In the aftermath of receiving Junior College All-American Honors, she was transferred to Arizona State University. There the self-doubt of her caused her to abandoning soccer. Then she transferred to California State University Fullerton and graduated with a BA in business administration and a minor in human resource management. The course was completed in Los Angeles where she began a professional career in modelling, promotion work and acting. While in LA, she ran upon an audition call for W.W.E. After proving herself to talent scouts she was offered a 4 week trial period. She then moved by chance to Orlando Florida, where the Performance Center was located.
